LIMEHOUSE BASIN

Constructed next to Limehouse Basin and a DLR viaduct, the overall regeneration includes 166 mixed-tenure residential apartments within five new blocks, Limehouse Basin includes 102 private apartments and commercial units on the ground floor. The two levels of car parking have 82 spaces for British Waterways, which manages the marina directly adjacent to the buildings.

Working on this project Valko Construction was responsible for Drylining work, installing SFS and Tape and Jointing.
