GOODENOUGH COLLEGE

A major refurbishment and sensitive intervention of the partly Grade II listed William Goodenough College to provide over 500 high-specification private student rooms and suites, alongside extensive front and back of house facilities over two phases. Valko Construction has been involved for phase II of the project. Phase II involved the refurbishment of the Grade II Listed London House comprising student accommodation: 9 flats & 299 study bedrooms with associated shared facilities.

Working on this project Valko Construction were responsible for the Drylining work and Firestopping.
