Fascinating project involved constructing four blocks of apartments in the four corners of the Leyton Orient football club. The blocks are of four/five storeys in height and provide a total of 134 apartments. Working on this project Valko Construction were responsible for Drylining work and SFS.

Constructed next to Limehouse Basin and a DLR viaduct, the overall regeneration includes 166 mixed-tenure residential apartments within five new blocks, Limehouse Basin includes 102 private apartments and commercial units on the ground floor. The two levels of car parking have 82 spaces for British Waterways, which manages the marina directly adjacent to the buildings. Working on this project Valko Construction were responsible for Drylining work, installing SFS and Tape and Jointing.

Hornsey Baths offer a great blend of old and new. Impressive grade 2 listed Victorian gatehouse at the entrance, has been transform into a modern development of 150 contemporary apartments with underground parking and office suites, fronted by the gatehouse building of the original baths. Hornsey Road Apartments have been designed and built to an impressive standard to create a stylish slant on industrial chic. Valko Construction have been responsible for Drylining work and SFS for the project.

One of the largest residential projects in the UK, Beaufort Park is a comprehensive mixed-use development incorporating 2,800 new homes and commercial properties in Hendon, North West London. Valko Construction is proud to be part of this development. Working on this development we were responsible for the Drylining, SFS and Cladding for phase 1,2&3, comprising of 701 units.

An £18million design & build scheme for London & Newcastle involving the partial demolition of an existing Victorian Warehouse and partial retention of selected existing brickwork facades and basement arches alongside the construction of extensions to side rear and roof provide 70 high-specification apartments. Valko Construction were responsible for Drylining work, SFS and Cladding work for the project.

Located on the northern banks of the River Thames in Fulham set in its own riverside parks, the regeneration programme for the Imperial Wharf Village, providing over 1,300 residential units. Block D of the development, comprising 165 apartments ranging from studios to duplex penthouses within a 10-storey building above a basement car park. Working on this project Valko Construction were responsible for Drylining installation for Block D.

Taking full advantage of this prime position, overlooking the Grade II listed Kew Bridge, developers St George have commissioned 124 luxury apartments laid out over two 7-storey residential blocks, that blends seamlessly into the river frontage and treats tenants to spectacular maritime views. Kew village straddles the southern approach to the bridge and is a haven for those who seek luxury shopping in genteel surroundings. Valko Construction very proud to be part of this project. We were responsible for Drylining, SFS and Tape and Joining.
